Beauty Blog - 1st Post! - Why do Olaplex treatments?
You may have already seen this picture hung up on the wall of my suite, this picture alone says a lot but I will explain a little further what the science of it actually does;
Is Olaplex a Conditioner? It is important to remember that Olaplex is NOT a conditioner. Conditioners are cosmetic whereas Olaplex works internally to cross link single sulfur hydrogen bonds to create disulfide bonds. Moisture and protein are entirely separate issues that should be addressed separately. The Olaplex Stand-Alone Experience is the best introduction to the amazing and instant benefits that Olaplex provides to your hair. An Olaplex two-step treatment rejuvenates damaged, fragile, lifeless hair whether from blow drying, curling irons, brushing and/or color, texture and straightening services. It can be performed on all hair types, virgin to extremely damaged. Your hair will be healthier, shinier, and more controllable. All salon services can be improved with an Olaplex treatment before or after the service.
I already have added Olaplex to all of my haircolor services for the past year and a half. Additional Olaplex treatments are always beneficial so please don't hesitate to ask me. Also with your #3 take home treatment I highly recommend you slather it on your ends on DRY hair before shampooing and conditioning, only wait until after you've shampooed and conditioned if you suspect you have a ton of oil or product build up on your hair.
Thank you for reading my lovies! Please drop me messages in email or text about different beauty topics you'd like me to cover in the future! I hope you are all having a fantastic week & I shall see you soon!
